Why Treat your Ellarika jewellery like royalty? Because it is.

Each Ellarika piece is handcrafted with delicate stones, pearls, and a gold-tone finish that deserves a little love to keep it looking its absolute best. Follow these simple rules and your jewellery will stay gorgeous for years to come.

The Golden Rule: LIFO (Last In, First Out)

Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. That means:

• Finish your makeup

• Spray your perfume

• Style your hair

Then wear your Ellarika.

The Do's

• Store separately — Keep each piece in its own pouch or the original Ellarika box to prevent scratching and tangling.

• Wipe gently — After wearing, use a soft, dry cotton cloth to wipe away any oils or moisture.

• Keep it dry — Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

• Handle with clean, dry hands — Natural oils and lotions on your hands can dull the finish over time.

• Use silica gel pouches — Pop one into your jewellery box to keep moisture away (the little packet that comes with your new shoes? That one.)

The Don'ts

• No water. No showers, no swimming pools, no beach dips, no monsoon dances. Pearls especially hate water.

• No perfume or deodorant directly on the jewellery. Alcohol and chemicals will fade the gold finish and damage pearls faster than you can say "shaadi."

• No sleeping in it. Your pillow will thank you. So will your earrings.

• No workouts. Sweat is acidic — it's the silent killer of imitation jewellery.

• No cleaning sprays or jewellery cleaners. Harsh chemicals will strip the antique gold finish.

• No toothpaste tricks. We know the internet told you it works. It doesn't. Please don't.

  
  

Kemp & Stone Care

Those beautiful ruby-pink kemp stones and green beads need love too.

• Avoid banging or dropping — stones can chip or loosen from their settings.

• If a stone feels loose, stop wearing it immediately and contact us.

• Never pick at the stones or the setting with sharp objects.

Long-Term Storage

If you're not planning to wear a piece for a while:

1. Wipe it down with a soft dry cloth

2. Wrap it in butter paper or a soft cotton cloth

3. Store in an airtight pouch with a silica gel packet

4. Keep away from heat, sunlight, and humidity
